What does one do with a 1/2 bushel of peaches

We picked up some peaches on our way home from PawPaw last weekend.

Quick Boil them to loosen the skins
Drop them in a fast ice bath
Peal and Cube them
Bag them up and freeze. Man are they going to taste good this winter!
